Project objective
The project objective is to develop a course for an IT project manager and to develop a professional qualification in accordance with the Integrated Vocational Qualifications Framework.
Key Activities
Development of Professional Qualification
- Consultations with IT entrepreneurs and vocational schools.
- Definition of professional requirements, assessment criteria and conditions for completing the course.
- Taking into account the real needs of employers and the possibilities of education in vocational schools.
Development of the IT Project Manager Course
- Creation of an interactive, multilingual course covering theory and practice.
- Course dedicated to students of programming technicians and IT technicians.
- The course prepares for managing IT projects in accordance with agile methodologies.
Implementation of Results
- Pilot implementation of the course and qualifications in selected schools and companies in Poland and Greece.
- Course and internships for at least 20 students.
- Creation of open educational resources available on the educational platform.
The project aims to improve the competences of future IT project managers and prepare them for work in the IT industry.
